High pressure meets low pressure: A perfect storm

This high-pressure environment often translates into high stress for leaders and their teams. We do our best to foster a low-pressure culture at The Odigo Group, but there are always going to be those inevitable moments where a high-pressure industry collides with low-pressure people to create a perfect storm. Enter the tech industry budget freeze and massive layoffs of 2022 and 2023 followed immediately by widespread adoption of OpenAI, and team members are reeling to do more with less – performing better, smarter, faster, and with fewer resources than ever before. Maintaining a low-pressure culture in a high-pressure industry has been no small feat.
